ADHD Coaching

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a supportive, non-judgmental partnership between a professional, qualified coach and their client. In coaching sessions, we identify areas the client is struggling and wants to do better. Then, by identifying the client’s strengths and weaknesses, we develop tools, strategies and support systems to move them forward toward success.

WHAT IS AN ADHD COACH?

As an ADHD coach, I know the traits and symptoms of ADHD and how it can impact each person and family differently. I have been trained in specific tools, strategies and systems designed to support an individual or family dealing with the unique challenges of ADHD.

As a coach, I guide my client to understand what ADHD is and how the ADHD brain is wired differently. A working knowledge of ADHD is imperative in realizing that there is an explanation for the challenges and struggles you face.

Understanding the source of your challenges, allows us to explore your strengths, what you love to do, and what you do well. Identifying your strengths not only boosts your self-confidence, but gives us insights and clues into developing specific tools, strategies and systems that will help you move forward, increase your performance and enjoy a more fulfilling life.
